Time to pickle beets

We need to do something with our accumulating beets.  It's surely time for pickled beets.

  • Beets
  • Chard
  • Eggplant
  • Peppers
  • Hot peppers
  • Tomatoes
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Watermelon
