Fall greens and winter squash

The greens are good this week, and so is the winter squash. I may have to make kim chee with the cabbage.

• Chinese cabbage
• Collards
• Eggplant
• Lettuce
• Peppers
• Winter squash (one acorn and two small ??)
• Hakurei turnips
